Chia Seed Pudding

Happy 2017!  Another year ahead of us and as we start looking forward to a  new beginning, most of our new year resolutions would most likely consist of improving our diet intake.   With this in mind, I would like to share with you this low calorie snacks – Chia seed pudding.  Chia seed is a superfood and it has a lot healthy benefits – loss weight, high in fiber, and omega 3 fatty acids.  I hope you enjoy and make 2017 your healthiest year yet!!

Add 2 tablespoon chia seed and 1/2 cup milk into a cup, leave it in the fridge overnight, top with berries and honey (optional) ENJOY!
